VocalEye’s Describer Cafe is a forum for professional audio describers, students, AD users, access providers, artists, performers, and anyone interested in the art of audio description and arts access.
Hosted by Amy Amantea, VocalEye's Associate Director and member of the blind community, each cafe centres around a specific topic in the field of audio description and arts access, featuring special guest speakers, panelists or presenters.
Describer Cafes are held on the last Friday of the month from 11 am to 12:30 pm Pacific Time (no cafe in August or December).
