Founding father, floundering dad
Sure, Benjamin Franklin may have been one of the greatest scientific minds of all time, but that totally did not make him a great dad. What was it like to be his only son? Pressure much? With inventions aplenty and the promise of a new republic on the horizon, this fanciful, irreverent comedy satirizes the legendary man—and his vanity—and highlights the familial tensions that arise when unmet expectations are at play.
